Our first round of funding with the BDC has gone through and we are so excited to announce that our business loan had been approved. This will help us in purchasing the equipment needed including the cockpits, steering wheel/shifter/pedals kits, consoles, games, big screen TVs, etc. Thanks BDC and Futurpreneur!

Lease offer Accepted!
Good news just came in today in the form of an accepted lease agreement for the basement at 693 Bloor Street West. This is a great way to start the weekend 🙂 We’re now waiting on approval from the BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada) for our business loan to go through and off we go!

We met with our Realtor this morning and will be presenting our lease offer to the owner at 693 Bloor Street West. This would be a great location for RaceSim1! Really close to the subway and right in Korea Town! Fingers crossed that we’ll get it 🙂
